After completing my latest advanced training, I wanted to keep experimenting and learning by applying structured strategies to real projects that I care about. This time, I focused on identifying early-adopter products in a niche market with an expected 10% CAGR growth over the next 5–10 years to include into a passion project of someone close to me.

My Approach

I built the foundation for a scalable e-commerce concept by creating:

• Brand & Communication Assets: Style guides, target group identity, and communication guidelines.
• Business Model: Revenue model, cross-sell opportunities, and pricing strategy.
• Product Sourcing: Manufacturer research and product sourcing documentation.
• Marketing Funnel: Landing page setup, email tool integration, and automated email marketing sequences.
• Content Add-ons: Cookbook, seasonal recipes, DIY guides, and other value-driven content offers.

Current Status

The Shopify store is under construction, designed to bring together all of these strategic elements in a real-world application.
